Are Shine Body Care products handmade?

Yes, all Shine Body Care products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients.

Can I use your products on my face?

Our products are formulated for the body only. We do not suggest using them on your face.

Do you recommend a patch test?

Yes, we recommend doing a patch test before using any new product, especially if you have sensitive skin.      

Why did my product melt, harden or separate?

Temperature fluctuations can cause natural products to change texture. Simply store at room temperature to restore consistency. This does not affect quality.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Because we use natural preservatives, our products have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly in a cool, dry place.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of our handmade body care products and hygiene concerns we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Are all sales final?
